Efficiency. We believe that everything should “just work” and that you should not feel overwhelmed by technology. We will always design the best solution based on your specific needs.
Respect. We will always explain what we mean at the level of detail that matters to you. We will never ask you for an account number. We solve your problems as quickly as possible so you can get on with your day.
Satisfaction. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you’re not fully satisfied with our service, we will gladly refund your payment.
Reliability. Guaranteed commitments of response time and on-site service calls. We offer phone, text and email support and will always respond quickly.
Integrity. You will always be presented with all of the options available to you, along with our recommendation, but you will never be “hard sold” into a solution. Our business is built largely on referrals, and our reputation is built on our ethics, honesty and accountability.
Discretion. A non-disclosure agreement is included in each of our contracts with our clients. While we can provide references, we will never disclose our client list or any details of our service calls. If our backup services are utilized, your data is encrypted with NSA level protection.
